Returns + Exchanges

We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

Ready-to-Wear Clothes: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 6 Days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 Hours of delivery.

*Parcel Opening Video Requirement: To claim a return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, customers must provide an unedited parcel opening video as proof.

*Non-Returnable Items: Customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
